I started Datahai in January 2020 after over 2 decades in the data space and am adamant that data is fundamental for the success of a business. I’ve worked to deliver data solutions for most of my working life, starting with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and transitioning to more cloud focused projects in 2016 using the Azure Data Platform and Power BI. Now with Microsoft Fabric, I am working on end-to-end solutions within this space.
My approach to providing services is based on a simple process of Advise > Implement > Train. I can help augment an existing team, provide consultancy, and be hands-on. With a strong associate network, I can scale up to meet larger project demands.
Although Datahai is not by any means a large consultancy (not even a medium sized one!), I tend to work in the space occupied by companies that do not want a “large scale and costly” engagement with larger consultancies.
In 2021 I gained the Data Platform MVP award, I speak at conferences around Microsoft technology and engage heavily in the data community. My MVP profile can be found here.
